Terms & Condition

• The Full Day is from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please let us know if you request to use the space early so we can prepare for the place’s setup.

• The hourly package requires a minimum of 4 hours of usage. Extra Hours will be charged accordingly. 

• Usage of 6 hours and above will be considered a full day, so the rate given will be the same as in the full-day package. 

• Full Payment is needed to secure your booking.

• Payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule to a different date in the event of a cancellation.

• Bookings are first come first serve basis.

• RM400 Security Deposit is required upon confirmation of booking

• Just so you know, the deposit will be forfeited in case of any damage or lost to the venue.
